✔️ Professor: Level-14 (₹1,44,200-2,11,800) as per 7th CPC.
✔️ Associate Professor: Level-13A1 (₹1,31,400-2,04,700) as per 7th CPC.
✔️ Assistant Professor: Level-10 (₹57,700-98,200) as per 7th CPC.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
As per Govt. of India norms (superannuation at 65 years).
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Professor:
(1) Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant discipline with 60% marks and Ph.D. or equivalent (5 international journal papers, each with impact index ≥2.0, candidate as main author).
(2) OR (Industry/Profession): Master’s with 60% marks and significant professional work equivalent to Ph.D., approved by a 3-member expert committee.
(3) 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience (5 years at Associate Professor level) or 13 years total experience.
(4) Desirable: Published works, guiding PG/research students, leadership in R&D/consultancy.
Associate Professor:
(1) Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant discipline with 60% marks and Ph.D. or equivalent (5 international journal papers, each with impact index ≥2.0).
(2) OR (Industry/Profession): Master’s with 60% marks and significant professional work equivalent to Ph.D.
(3) 5 years teaching/research/industrial experience with Ph.D., or 8 years equivalent to Assistant Professor level without Ph.D.
(4) Desirable: Published works, guiding PG students, R&D leadership.
Assistant Professor:
(1) Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant discipline with 60% marks.
(2) Desirable: Teaching/research/industrial experience, papers in referred journals, professional body membership.
