✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Professor (Architecture, Building Engineering & Management, Housing, Transport Planning, Industrial Design, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Conservation): Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant discipline (Architecture, Planning, Engineering, etc.) with 60% marks, Ph.D. or equivalent (5 international journal papers with impact index ≥2.0, candidate as main author), and 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience (5 years at Associate Professor level) or 13 years total experience. For industry candidates, significant professional work equivalent to Ph.D. with unanimous approval by a 3-member expert committee.
Associate Professor (Architecture, Physical Planning, Regional Planning, Urban Planning): Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant discipline with 60% marks, Ph.D. or equivalent, and 5 years teaching/research/industrial experience (with Ph.D.) or 8 years industry/professional experience equivalent to Assistant Professor level (without Ph.D.).
Assistant Professor (Architecture, Building Engineering & Management, Housing, Transport Planning, Physical Planning, Environmental Planning, Urban Design, Industrial Design, Landscape Architecture): Bachelor’s and Master’s in relevant discipline with 60% marks. Desirable: Teaching/research/professional experience, papers in refereed journals, professional body membership.
