✔️ Technical Manager: Up to ₹ 1,25,000/- per month (based on qualification & experience).
✔️ HR Manager: Up to ₹ 1,00,000/- per month (based on qualification & experience).
✔️ Technical Assistant to Director: Up to ₹ 50,000/- per month (based on qualification & experience).
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years as on 01/06/2025 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD as per Govt. of India rules).
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Technical Manager (Mechanical):
(1) B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
(2) Desirable: AEA/Certified Energy Auditor from BEE, GHG Lead Verifier (ISO-14064).
(3) 5-10 years in steel plant Maintenance, Production, Training.
Technical Manager (Metallurgy):
(1) B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy Engineering.
(2) Desirable: AEA/Certified Energy Auditor from BEE, GHG Lead Verifier (ISO-14064).
(3) 5-10 years in steel plant Operation, Quality, Training.
Technical Manager (Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation):
(1) B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation.
(2) Desirable: AEA/Certified Energy Auditor from BEE, GHG Lead Verifier (ISO-14064).
(3) 5-10 years in steel plant Energy, Power Systems, Maintenance, Training.
HR Manager:
(1) Graduation with MBA in Human Resource Management (Regular).
(2) 3-5 years in Human Resource and Administration.
Technical Assistant to Director:
(1) Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical).
(2) Desirable: Advanced computer skills, PPT preparation, communication skills.
(3) 1-3 years in Iron and Steel industry.
