✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Eligible Officials (as on 01/01/2025):
Category A:
Level 3 officials: 3 years regular service or 5 years combined service in Level 1, 2, 3.
evel 2 officials: 5 years regular service (including Level 1 service).
Level 1 officials: 5 years regular service.
Category B (considered if Category A insufficient):
Level 1, 2, 3 officials: 8 years total regular service (including GDS service).
Officials with GDS service before 17/06/2022: 5 years total service (including GDS).
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Written Exam (LDCE): Conducted on 20/07/2025 as per revised pattern/syllabus (Directorate letters 2018–2024). No local language test.
✔️ Data Entry Skill Test (DEST): Conducted post-written exam, qualifying in nature.
✔️ Allotment based on merit-cum-preference for cadre/division/unit.
