AGM (Legal): LLB (60%) + 16 years experience (10 years as advocate or legal officer), CTC ≥ ₹ 23 LPA (private sector).
DGM (Technical): B.E./B.Tech (55%) in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture + 15 years shipbuilding/repair experience, CTC ≥ ₹ 20 LPA.
Senior Manager (Legal): LLB (60%) + 12 years experience (7 years as advocate), CTC ≥ ₹ 17 LPA.
Manager (Submarine): B.E./B.Tech (60%, 55% for SC) + Submarine Qualification (Indian Navy) + 9 years experience (5 years in submarines), CTC ≥ ₹ 14 LPA.
Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech (60%, 55% for SC/ST) + 9 years shipbuilding/repair experience, CTC ≥ ₹ 14 LPA.
