Junior Hindi Translator: 30 years
Junior Secretariat Assistant: 28 years

Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other as a compulsory/elective subject, or Master’s in any subject with Hindi/English as compulsory/elective, or Diploma/Certificate in Translation, or 2 years’ translation experience.
Junior Secretariat Assistant: 10+2/XII with proficiency in computer typing (35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi).
Junior Stenographer: 10+2/XII with proficiency in stenography (80 w.p.m. in English/Hindi).

✔️ Junior Hindi Translator:
- Written Exam (Paper-I: Objective, Paper-II: Descriptive)
- Paper-I: General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (1 hour, 300 marks)
- Paper-II: Translation and Writing Skills (2 hours, 300 marks)
- Merit based on Paper-II for candidates qualifying Paper-I.
✔️ Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Written Exam (Paper-I: Mental Ability, Paper-II: General Awareness & English Language)
- Paper-I: 90 minutes, 200 marks, no negative marking
