✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ Stenographer (Personal Assistant-II): Fixed pay ₹ 20,475/- per month (i.e. Entry level pay of ₹ 27,300/- in Pay Matrix Level-09 of TSCS (Revised Pay)
✔️ Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Driver: ₹ 16,050/- per month (i.e. Entry level pay of ₹ 21,400/-) in Pay Matrix Level-07 of TSCS (Revised Pay)
✔️ Group-D (Peon/ Orderly/ Guard): ₹ 12,000/- (i.e. Entry level pay of ₹ 16,000/ in Pay Matrix Level-01 of TSCS (Revised Pay)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
18-40 years for Stenographer, LDC, Group-D; 21-40 years for Driver. Relaxable by 5 years for Govt. Servants, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Stenographer (Personal Assistant-II):
(1) Graduate in any discipline.
(2) Shorthand speed of 100 wpm (English), typing speed of 60 wpm on computer.
(3) 6-month computer education certificate.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
(1) Graduate in any discipline.
(2) Typing speed of 30 wpm on computer.
(3) 6-month computer education certificate.
Driver:
(1) Madhyamik (Matric)/ Secondary examination passed.
(2) Valid commercial driving license.
(3) 3 years of light motor vehicle driving experience.
(4) Medical fitness for driving.
Group-D (Peon/Orderly/Guard):
Madhyamik/ Secondary School Examination passed or equivalent.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Stenographer: Shorthand (100 wpm) & Typing Test (60 wpm) (1:6 ratio), Written Exam (85 marks: English-50, Maths-10, GK & Current Affairs-25), Viva-Voce (15 marks, 1:3 ratio).
✔️ LDC: Written Exam (85 marks: English-30, Maths-25, GK & Current Affairs-30, 1:10 ratio), Typing Test (30 wpm, 50 marks, 1:3 ratio), Viva-Voce (15 marks).
✔️ Driver: Motor Driving Test (80 marks, 1:6 ratio), Oral Interview (20 marks), Medical Fitness.
✔️ Group-D: Written Exam (75 marks: Letter Writing-25, Handwriting Test-25, GK & Current Affairs-25, 1:6 ratio), Viva-Voce (25 marks).
