✔️ Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years for UR as on 15/05/2025. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwD (General), 15 years for PwD (SC/ST), 13 years for PwD (OBC-NCL), 5 years for J&K domiciled (1980-1989), and as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Young Professional (Geology): M.Sc./M.Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology/Exploration Geology or equivalent + 2 years relevant experience in mineral exploration.
Young Professional (Geophysics): M.Sc./M.Tech. in Geophysics/Applied Geophysics or equivalent + 2 years relevant experience in geophysical surveys.
Young Professional (IT/SAP-ERP): B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science/IT or MCA + 2 years experience in programming/SAP ERP. Desirable: SAP-ABAP certification.
Young Professional (Civil Engineering): B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering + 2 years experience in estate management or geotechnical investigations.
Young Professional (Electrical Engineering): B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical Engineering + 2 years experience in HT/LT equipment installation and maintenance.
Young Professional (Materials): B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical Engineering + 2 years experience in materials management/procurement.
Young Professional (Business Development & Marketing): MBA/PGDM (General Management) + 2 years experience in business development/marketing. Desirable: Financial proposal experience.
Young Professional (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA or MBA/PGDM (Finance) + 2 years experience in financial accounting/auditing.
Young Professional (Medical Doctor): MBBS + 2 years experience as a practicing medical doctor.
