✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
18-45 years (born between 02/01/1980 and 01/01/2007) as on 01/01/2025. Age relaxation for H.P. Government employees as per state norms.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
System Analyst (All Verticals): BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/ECE or MCA (3-year regular) from a recognized university + 5 years experience in the relevant field (Server: Windows/Linux, SAN; Application: Windows/Linux/Unix, Apache; Database: SQL/Oracle, storage; Firewall: CISM/CISSP/CCNP-Security/CCIE; Network: CCNA/CCNP). Relevant certifications mandatory.
Junior System Analyst (All Verticals): Same educational qualifications as System Analyst + 2 years experience in the relevant field with same certifications as above.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Online Exam (170 marks): Objective test (English: 20 marks, Reasoning: 20 marks, Quantitative Aptitude: 20 marks, Professional Knowledge: 110 marks; 115 questions, 120 minutes, bilingual except English). 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer. Minimum 50% marks required to qualify.
✔️ Interview (30 marks): Top candidates (3 times vacancies) shortlisted based on exam merit. Final merit based on total 200 marks (exam + interview); tie resolved by older age.
✔️ Document verification at interview; false documents lead to cancellation.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 1000/- for General Male.
✔️ ₹ 800/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ BPL/ PH Male and all Female candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment mode.
