✔️ Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.
✔️ Additional relaxations as per Government guidelines.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ For Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines), Front Office Assistant: 10th / Matriculation Pass.
✔️ For other trades (Fitter, Turner, Welder, etc.): ITI in the relevant trade, recognized by NCVT/SCVT, passed in 2023 or earlier.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Merit-based selection based on ITI & 10th Class marks.
✔️ No interview or written test; selection purely on academic merit.

✅ How to Apply for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025:
➢ Eligible candidates must apply online from 19/05/2025 to 02/06/2025 through two steps:
➢ Step 1: Apprenticeship Registration - Register on the Government of India portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) to obtain a unique registration number (mandatory for all candidates).
➢ Step 2: Online Application - Submit the application on the HCL website (www.hindustancopper.com) under the “Career” section. Enter the apprenticeship registration number. Upload passport-size color photograph (≤50 KB) and signature in black ink (≤50 KB) in .jpg format.
➢ Print the computer-generated application and acknowledgment slip for future reference.
