CSIR NML Recruitment Advertisement No. 02/2025 for Junior Stenographer & Junior Secretariat Assistant (G/F&A/S&P) posts. ✅ Age Limit:
Junior Stenographer: 18–27 years as on 30th May 2025.
Junior Secretariat Assistant: 18–28 years as on 30th May 2025.
Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Junior Stenographer: 10+2/ Matric + XII or equivalent with proficiency in stenography (80 w.p.m. dictation, transcription: 50 min for English, 65 min for Hindi) as per DoPT norms.
(2) Junior Secretariat Assistant (G/F&A/S&P): 10+2/ Matric + XII or equivalent with proficiency in computer typing (English: 35 w.p.m., Hindi: 30 w.p.m.) as per DoPT norms.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Competitive Written Examination (OMR or Computer-Based MCQs).
✔️ Proficiency Test (Stenography for Junior Stenographer, Computer Typing for Junior Secretariat Assistant), qualifying in nature.
✔️ Merit list based on written examination performance.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/Women/ CSIR Employees/ Ex-Servicemen (eligible for reservation).
✔️ Payment through SB Collect online mode.
✅ How to Apply for CSIR-NML Recruitment 2025:
➢ Eligible candidates must apply online through the CSIR-NML online application portal (itapps.nmlindia.org/JSAnJST/).
➢ Register and submit one application per post code. Separate applications and fees are required for applying to both post codes.
➢ Upload scanned copies of 10th/ 12th certificates, marksheets, caste/category certificate, fee receipt, passport-size photograph (15–30 KB), signature (5–20 KB), and a handwritten declaration.
➢ Submit the application well before the closing date of 30/05/2025. The last date is extended up to 06//06/2025 up to 5:00 PM.
