✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
45-65 years with good health (as on 04/06/2025).
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university, proficient in MS Office, internet, and typing in the local language.
Experience: Retired/VRS bank officers (Scale I & above) from nationalized banks/SBI/RRBs preferred, or ex-servicemen/others (e.g., government school teachers) with banking knowledge, rural experience, and relevant IIBF certification. Minimum 10 years as an officer/permanent employee with an unblemished service record.
Note: Must be a resident of Kerala, preferably from the same or nearby district. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
✅ Job Profile:
The FLCC officers shall be working as “Counselor-FLCs” and have to oversee the overall functioning of FLCC.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Personal Interview; the bank’s decision is final.
✅ Remuneration & Benefits:
✔️ Up to ₹ 25,000/month (for pensioners: last pay & allowances minus initial pension before commutation; for non-pensioners: ₹25,000 max) + ₹ 1,000/month for mobile/conveyance.
✔️ 15 days leave per year (max 2 days/month). No other benefits payable.
