✅ Remuneration & Benefits:
✔️ Faculty: ₹20,000/month (fixed, no other allowances).
✔️ Watchman cum Gardener: ₹6,000/month (fixed, no other allowances).
✔️ 15 days leave per year (max 2 days/month).
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Faculty: 22-40 years; Watchman cum Gardener: 18-40 years (as on 01/05/2025), with sound health.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Faculty: Postgraduate (MSW, MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, BSc Agri, BA with B.Ed.) with flair for teaching and computer knowledge. Desirable: Excellent communication in local language, fluency in English/Hindi, typing skills. Must be conversant with local language and resident of Maharashtra, preferably Yavatmal or nearby district.
Watchman cum Gardener: 8th standard pass. Desirable: Experience in horticulture/agriculture. Must be resident of Maharashtra, preferably Yavatmal or nearby district..
