20-28 years (born between 28/02/1997 and 28/02/2005).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Adequate knowledge of operating computers in MS Office and Internet usage.
- Knowledge of the local language is essential.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Online Test:
- Objective Test (2 hours, 160 questions, 160 marks): Reasoning (40 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 marks), English (40 marks), Basic Computer Knowledge & General Awareness (40 marks). Penalty of 1/4th mark for wrong answers.
- Descriptive Test (1 hour, 40 marks): Essay Writing and Letter Writing in English.
✔️ Interview: Candidates qualifying the online test (up to 5 times the vacancies) will be called for an interview. Final selection based on online test and interview performance.
