✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ Data Scientist/AI Engineer: ₹ 21-30 lakh per annum.
✔️ Data Engineer: ₹ 18-27 lakh per annum.
✔️ Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer: ₹ 15-21 lakh per annum.
✔️ Specialist - Data Management: ₹ 12-15 lakh per annum.
✔️ Annual increment up to 10% based on performance. Includes statutory payments, with taxes deducted at source.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025):
Data Scientist/AI Engineer, Data Engineer: 25-35 years.
Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer: 23-30 years.
Specialist - Data Management: 30-40 years.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
(1) Data Scientist/AI Engineer: B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science /IT/ Data Science/ ML/ AI (60% marks); 3+ years experience in data science, ML/AI, R/Python, data analytics, databases, cloud-based applications; preferred certifications in Data Science/ AI/ ML.
(2) Data Engineer: B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science/IT (60% marks); 5+ years experience in database management, ETL, SQL, API platforms; preferred certifications like Oracle/Microsoft/Cloudera; BFSI sector experience desirable.
(3) Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer: B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science/ IT/ Data Science/ ML/ AI (60% marks); 1+ year experience in ML/AI projects; preferred certifications in Data Science/ AI/ ML.
(4) Specialist - Data Management: Master’s in any discipline; 5-7 years experience in development sector with National/ International Organizations/ NGOs/ CSRs; expertise in project implementation, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, ESG/SDG alignment.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting of candidates in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifications and experience.
✔️ Interview for shortlisted candidates.
✔️ Pre-recruitment medical examination; final appointment subject to medical fitness.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 850/- (₹ 700 Application Fee + ₹ 150 Intimation Charges) for General/ OBC candidates.
✔️ ₹ 150/- (Intimation Charges only) for SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates.
✔️ Payment through online mode (Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Mobile Wallets) via the NABARD portal.
✅ How to Apply for NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2025:
➢ Eligible candidates must submit online applications via the NABARD IBPS Online application portal from 16th June 2025 to 30th June 2025.
➢ Fill in personal, educational, and experience details accurately.
➢ Upload scanned copies of photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20-50KB), signature (10-20KB), left thumb impression (20-50KB), handwritten declaration (50-100KB, “I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”), and relevant certificates.
