The Central Bank of India, Regional Office Jabalpur, is seeking to fill 05 BC Supervisor posts on a contract basis for the Financial Year 2024-25. The contract will initially be for a period of 12 months, subject to a satisfactory annual performance review. Central Bank of India BC Supervisor Salary:
The monthly compensation for a BC supervisor will consist of a combination of fixed and variable elements. The variable portion will be determined by the performance score of each BC Agent, which is calculated based on a range of criteria.
Central Bank of India BC Supervisor Eligibility Criteria:
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Cooperative Banks) up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
- Retired clerks and equivalents of Central Bank of India who have passed JAIIB with a good track record are eligible.
- All applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
- The maximum entry age for retired bank employees is up to 64 years.
- The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
- Minimum qualification for young candidates should be graduation with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, etc.). However, qualifications like M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.
- Young candidates should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
- The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors among young candidates will be 60 years.

- The Central Bank of India BC Supervisor selection will be held through Interview.
