Inspector of Fisheries:
✔️ Must possess a degree of Bachelor of Fisheries Science awarded by the Tamil Nadu Fisheries University or any other University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission; (OR)
✔️ Must possess a degree of M.Sc. in Zoology or Marine Biology or Coastal Aquaculture or Mariculture or Special Zoology or Coastal Engineering or Oceanography awarded by any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Sub Inspector of Fisheries:
✔️ Diploma in Fisheries Technology and Navigation awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu. (OR)
✔️ Must possess a Science Degree with Zoology as main subject. (OR)
✔️ Must possess a Degree of Bachelor of Fisheries Science.
