- Assistant Professor (Sciences/Humanities): Ph.D. + First class at UG & PG + NET/SLET/SET (exemption for pre-July 2009 Ph.D. as per UGC rules).
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. + First class at UG & PG + 8 years experience + minimum 7 SCIE/SSCI/AHCI/ABDC publications + 75 research score.
- Professor: Ph.D. + First class at UG & PG + 10 years experience + guided Ph.D. students + minimum 10 SCIE/SSCI/AHCI/ABDC publications + 120 research score.
