✅ Monthly Salary:
✔️ Deputy Program Director (Project Management): ₹ 1,40,000 to 1,80,000/- per month.
✔️ Program Manager (Technology Watch Team): ₹ 1,20,000 to 1,40,000/- per month.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Deputy Program Director (Project Management): Master’s Degree in Science/ Management/ Technology or Equivalent with 6 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Management/ Technology or Equivalent with 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
✔️ Program Manager (Technology Watch Team): Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or Equivalent with 04 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or Equivalent with 06 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

✔️ Program Executive: ₹ 80,000 to ₹ 1,20,000/- per month
✔️ Deputy Program Director: ₹ 1,40,000 to ₹ 1,80,000/- per month

✅ iDEX Consultant Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Project Management Team: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Science/ Management/ Technology or Equivalent.
✔️ Marketing Team: MBA (Marketing) /2 Year PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
✔️ Financial Services Team: MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA (CWA) /2 Year PGDM with specialization in Finance.
✔️ Legal Team: LLB or LLM.
Minimum Experience:
✔️ Program Executive: 04 years for Post Graduate / 02 years for Graduates.
✔️ Deputy Program Director: 06 years for Post Graduates.
✔️ Program Director: 10 years for Post Graduate / 08 years for Graduates.
