✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Program Director: Below 55 years as on 3rd January 2022.
✔️ Program Executive: Below 30 years as on 28th December 2021.
✅ Remuneration:
✔️ Program Director - ₹ 2,00,000/- per month out of which ₹ 30,000/- would be performance based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.10,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.
✔️ Program Executive: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month out of which ₹ 20,000/- would be performance based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of ₹ 10,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.
✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ Program Director: At least a Master’s Degree in Science, Management or Technology, with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience may be considered).
✔️ Program Executive: At least a Master’s Degree in Science, Management or Technology, with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience may be considered.
