✅ Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Sr. Manager (Training): Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent. 8 years' experience in Training/ Production in a reputed ESDM/ Engineer Industry/ Tool Rooms out of which 5 years should be in a responsible Technical / Management position.
✔️ Manager (Testing): Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation/ Mechatronics) or equivalent. 5 years' Experience In calibration and testing of electrical electronics instrumentation following ISO 17025-2005 in ESDM Sector/ related engineering / electrical electronics industry out of which 3 years in responsible position.
✔️ Manager (Marketing): Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation /Mechatronics) or equivalent. 5 years' Experience In Mfg./ Marketing of Engineering Product, Training Department, Production, Design Department of Tool Room/ ESDM out of which 3 years in responsible Technical / Management Position.
✔️ Asst. Manager (Admin & Accounts): Commerce Graduate or any Graduate with (MBA/CA/ ICWA/Degree in Law) or equivalent. 6 years' experience in General Administration / Personnel / Accounts in a reputed manufacturing / Govt. organization. Should be conversant with Govt. Rules & Regulations on the subject. Experience in Computer Application / MS Office / Accounting Software.
✔️ Sr. Engineer (Design) Mechanical: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics) or equivalent. 3 years' in Design and Development in Tools like Press Tools, Moulds, Die Casting Dies/ Electro Mechanical Assembly using latest CAD Software's in a reputed ESDM/ Engineering Industry/ Tool Room.
✔️ Sr. Engineer (Training) Electronics: Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication /Instrumentation / Mechatronics) or equivalent. 3 years' experience in ESDM training programmes like Automation Embedded Technology, Robotics in a reputed ESDM/ Engineer Industry/ Tool Room's in a responsible Technical position.
✔️ Engineer (Production): Degree in Engineering (Production / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Tool Design & Manufacturing /Tool Engineering) or equivalent.
✔️ Engineer (Training) (Electronics): Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electronics & Tele-communication / Instrumentation / Mechatronics) or equivalent.
✔️ Accounts Officer: Degree in Commerce + 03 years experience.
✔️ Stores Officer: Degree in Commerce + 03 years experience.
