SDCL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager (Finance and Accounts): CA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance). Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in relevant area.
Assistant Manager (Finance and Accounts): CA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance). Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in relevant area.
Manager (Projects): 1st Class (60% or more) B.E/ B. Tech.in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in relevant area.
Assistant Manager (Projects): 1st Class (60% or more) B.E/B. Tech. (55% marks in case of SC/ST applicants). Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in relevant area.
Executive (Projects): B.E/ B.Tech. in Civil / Electrical Engineering having minimum 55% marks. 02 years post qualification experience in the executive cadre in relevant area.
SDCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
Interviews / Personal Assessment will be conducted only for the shortlisted candidates in a ratio of 1:5, and the interview schedule will be communicated to them via email. Additionally, the list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the SDCL website.
How to Apply SDCL Recruitment 2024?
Eligible and interested applicants must apply using the prescribed application form. They are required to submit a set of self-attested copies of essential and additional/desirable qualifications, proof of age, proof of experience, caste status (if applicable), Aadhar Card, and mark sheets of all qualifications.
Candidates must provide personal details such as date of birth, contact information, address, and details of qualifications (including year of passing and percentage of marks), as well as professional details such as company name, period of employment, area of work, and pay scales, in a specific and accurate manner on the application form.
The Candidates are required to pay application fee in the form of demand draft (DD) in favour of Sagarmala Development Company Limited of ₹ 590/- (₹ 500+ GST @ 18%, i.e. ₹ 90/-). SC/ST/ PWD applicants are not required to submit the demand draft.
