✅ Remuneration:
✔️ Technical Expert (HR and Documentation): ₹ 50,000/- per month
✔️ State Programme Manager (MGNREGA): ₹ 40,000/- per month
✔️ Junior Engineer (Civil): ₹ 35,000/- per month
✔️ Subject Matter Specialist (Agriculture): ₹ 25,000/- per month
✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Technical Expert (HR and Documentation): Masters Degree in Social Science/ MBA in HR. At least 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ State Programme Manager (MGNREGA): Master Degree in Social Works / Sociology / Economics / Commerce / MBA in Rural Management or two years Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Rural Development with good computer skills. Candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
✔️ Junior Engineer (Civil): B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Candidates should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in infrastructure development projects, develop plans, layouts, estimates, tender papers etc.
✔️ Subject Matter Specialist (Agriculture): B. Sc. (Agriculture) / B. Sc. (Horticulture)/ B. Tech. (Agriculture Engineering). Applicants having work experience in the National flagship programmes on livelihood promotion/ any such state sponsored development programmes will be preferred.
