About: Tamilnadu Cements Corporation Limited (TANCEM) , a wholly owned Government of Tamilnadu undertaking, started business from 1st April 1976 with an authorized share capital of ₹ 18 crores taking over cement plant at Alangulam and setting up another plant at Ariyalur in the year 1979.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for Company Secretary post; Below 45 years for Manager Chemical; Below 35 years for all other posts.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Company Secretary ->
(1) Any Degree, with ACS (preference to the additional qualification of CA/ICWA).
(2) Minimum of 3 years experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organization.
Manager (Chemical) ->
(1) B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / M. Sc. (Chemistry).
(2) 18 years in Modern Cement Plant of which at least 3 years as departmental head.
Technical Executive (Mechanical) ->
(1) B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
(2) 03 years experience in vertical roller mill in a Cement Plant.
CCR Operators ->
(1) B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engg. / B.Sc.(Chemistry)/ M.Sc.(Chemistry)/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
(2) Minimum 03 years in Modern Cement Plant.
X-Ray Analyst / Shift Chemist ->
(1) B.Sc. (Chemistry)/ M.Sc. (Chemistry).
(2) Minimum 03 years in Modern Cement Plant.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
