- Technical Officer – I: First-class B.Sc. with 5 years’ experience OR M.Sc. or equivalent with 2 years’ experience.
- Technical Assistant: First-class B.Sc./B.Tech. with 3 years’ experience OR Postgraduate in Science/Technology OR PG Diploma in Science/Technology with 1 year experience.
- Junior Managerial Assistant: Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in a Government office, public body, or reputed organization.
- Junior Assistant – II: 12th Class or equivalent with typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
- Skilled Work Assistant – II: Matriculate or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute.
