Educational Qualifications:
| Senior Scientist & Head –> | Doctoral degree in the relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with minimum 8 years' experience of high quality postdoctoral research in an institution / organization as evidenced by at least 6 publications in journals with NAAS rating of 7.5 or above. |
| Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) –> | Doctoral degree in the relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with minimum 6 years' experience of high quality postdoctoral research in an institution / organization as evidenced by at least 6 publications in journals with NAAS rating of 7.5 or above. |
| Subject Matter Specialist (Agricultural Engineering) –> | Master's degree in Veterinary Science / Animal Science (specialization in Livestock Production & Management / Poultry / Dairy Science / Veterinary Extension) or Equivalent qualifications from a recognized University. |
| Programme Assistant (Lab Technician) –> | Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering (specialization in Farm Machinery / Irrigation Water Management & Resources Engineering / Soil & Water conservation) or Equivalent qualifications from a recognized University. |

Application Fee: A Bank draft of ₹ 200/- for General and OBC Category candidates. The fee drawn in favour of "TAMIL NADU BOARD OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT, CHENNAI" payable at Chennai. No fee for SC / ST / PWD category candidates.
Selection Process: Interview.
