Consolidated Pay: ₹ 70000/- per month for Ph.D. and ₹ 63000/- per month for ME / M.Tech
Educational Qualifications:
| (1) Ph.D in the relevant or equivalent discipline and shall have first class in the preceding degrees. |

(2) Master's degree in Engineering with first class (60% marks or CGPA 6.5/10) at both bachelor's and master's level. |
Candidates are advised to produce all the certificates, testimonials and other relevant documents in original during the time of walk-in interview. The Candidates are advised to bring one set of self attested photocopy of the certificates and two recent passport size colour photographs.

Application Fee: A Demand Draft (DD) of ₹ 1000/- for General & OBC Candidates and ₹ 500/- for SC/ST (PWD candidates are exempted from fee) drawn in favour of The Director, National Institute of Technology Mizoram payable at Aizawl. There is no application fee for Internal Candidates.
