Educational Qualifications:
| (1) Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Discipline from Government Polytechnic Institute of Jharkhand. |
| (2) A candidate should be Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech Degree) in concerned Engineering discipline from an Engineering College approved by Government of Jharkhand & A.I.C.T.E. |
| (3) A candidate should be resident of Jharkhand and have Diploma/ Engineering degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical branch from an Institute/ Engineering College approved by A.I.C.T.E. |
Selection Process: Written Examination and Personality Test.
