Age Limit: 25 to 32 Years. Born on or after 26.12.1985 & not later than 25.12.1992.
Scale of Pay: ₹ 16400-40500 (IDA) [₹ 40,000 -1,40,000 (IDA) Under implementation]
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Manager (Project) -> MBA/ MSW/ B.Tech/ Post Graduation Agriculture Science/ Veterinary Science with 05 Years Experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance) -> CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with 05 Years Experience.
Selection Process: Online Written Test. The Test will be bilingual, English & Hindi (except English) objective type. The test will be based on (i) Reasoning (40 marks/ 30 minutes), (ii) English Language (40 marks/30 minutes), (iii) General Awareness (40 marks/20 minutes), (iv) Professional knowledge (40 marks/30 minutes), (v) Computer Knowledge (40 marks/20 minutes) & quantitative aptitude ((40 marks/30 minutes) specific to subject. Each question will have 5 options and there will be 1/4th penalty for wrong answers. The test will be held in the month of January 2018 at the centres at, subject to enough number of candidates (minimum 20 Number for one centre) Delhi-NCR, Kolkata/ Greater Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Greater Mumbai/ Thane.
Application Fee (A Non-refundable): ₹ 500/- only for General / OBC Category Candidates; ₹ 200/- only for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen. No fee for PWD Category candidates.
