General Manager (Civil): 55 years (Direct/Deputation), 62 years (Re-employed); DGM (Civil/Architect): 50 years (Direct/Deputation), 62 years (Re-employed); Assistant Manager (Transport Planner): 45 years (Direct/Deputation), 62 years (Re-employed).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
General Manager (Civil):
(1) B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed University/Institute.
(2) 17 years executive service in Civil department (Govt./PSU).
Dy. General Manager (Civil):
(1) B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed University/Institute.
(2) 12 years executive service in Civil department (Govt./PSU).
Dy. General Manager (Architect):
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed University/Institute.
(2) 12 years executive service in Architecture/Planning (Govt./PSU).
Assistant Manager (Transport Planner):
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Planning.
(2) Experience in DPR preparation, Traffic Studies, Urban/Transport Planning.
Land Supervisor:
Candidates should have worked in Revenue/ Land /Estate department in Govt/PSU.
