✅ AIC Management Trainee Age Limit:
✔️ Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01/06/2023.
✔️ Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd June 1993 and not later than 01st June 2002 (both dates inclusive).
✔️ Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL), +10 years for PwBD and 05 years for Ex-servicemen.
✅ AIC Management Trainee Salary:
✔️ The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of ₹ 60,000/- p.m. during the training period of one year.
✔️ On absorption, as Administrative Officer, the emoluments will be fixed in the scale of pay of ₹ 50,925- 2500(14)- 85,925- 2710(4)- 96,765 plus such other increment / allowance like DA, HRA, CCA etc.
✅ AIC Management Trainee Qualification / Eligibility:
✔️ Graduation in Agriculture Marketing/ Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation/ Agriculture Business Management/ Rural Management with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE (OR)
✔️ Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree (MBA) / Diploma (PGDM - ABM) with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST - 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/ Govt. Bodies/ AICTE.

✔️ Actuarial: Graduation from a recognized University/Institution/Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks. Passed or have been exempted from at least 9 CT Papers (as per old curriculum) or 7 Core Principle papers (as per 2019 curriculum) conducted by Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
