Qualification and Experience:

Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology) ->

(1) Degree in Science/Engineering with (i) Associate ship in Sugar Technology awarded by National Sugar Institute, Kanpur or; (ii) Post Graduate diploma in Sugar Technology from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent; Equivalent Qualification - Post Graduate diploma in Sugar Technology awarded by Vasanta Dada Sugar Institute, Pune.
(2) Experience - 03 years Teaching/ Research/ Advisory experience in the
field of Sugar Technology or 03 years practical experience of working in a sugar factory in a supervisory/managerial capacity.

Specialist Grade-III (Obstretrics & Gynaecology) ->

(1) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).  (2) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or Super-Speciality mentioned in Section-‘A’ or Section-‘B’ in Schedule-VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics &  Gynaecology); or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics & Gynaecology); or Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
(3) 03 years’ experience in the concerned speciality or super specialitiy after btaining the first Post-graduate Degree or five years’ experience after the Post-graduate Diploma.

Specialist Grade-III (Surgery) ->

(1) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(2) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A in the Schedule-VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Surgery); or Master of Surgery (General Surgery).
(3) 03 years’ experience in the concerned speciality or super specialitiy after obtaining the first Post-graduate Degree.

Deputy Director (Mechanical) ->

(1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or pass in Section A and B of the Associate Membership Examination in Mechanical Engineering Branch from Institution of Engineers (India).  
(2) 10 years professional experience in Industrial installation or Engineering workshop (including at least two years experience in Mechanical Engineering in direct relation to plant and equipment used in mining).

Youth Officer ->

(1) Master’s Degree from a recognized University, with 02 years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping. (OR)
(2) Degree of a recognized University, with Four years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping.
