The Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT) is inviting applications for various scientific and attendant positions on deputation (including short-term contract) or contractual basis. There are a total of 10 tentative vacancies across multiple roles. ✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Specialist (Formulation): 30 years.
✔️ Scientist (OPCW / Formulation): 28 years.
✔️ Field Experiment Attendant / Lab Attendant: 28 years.
✔️ For deputation: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Specialist (Formulation): M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical/Organic/Agricultural) with 65% marks + 3 years experience, or Ph.D. with research contributions. For deputation: Analogous post or equivalent experience.
✔️ Scientist (OPCW): B.Sc. with 65% + 2 years experience, or M.Sc. in Organic/Analytical/Agricultural Chemistry with 55%.
✔️ Scientist (Formulation): B.Sc. with 65% + 2 years experience, or M.Sc. in Physical/Organic/Agricultural Chemistry with 55%.
✔️ Field Experiment Attendant: 10th pass (Matric) with agriculture course/training + experience varying by post.
✔️ Lab Attendant: 10th pass (Matric) with Science + 2 years lab experience.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting by Screening Committee.
✔️ Written Test / Skill Test / Interview as applicable.
✔️ No TA/DA for attending tests/interview.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- by Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favor of “Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology” payable at Gurugram.
✔️ Exempted for SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
