Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years as on 1st January 2017 for all above posts. Age Relxation in the upper age limit of 03 Years for OBC, 05 Years for SC & ST of West Bengal Only, 10 Years for PWD Category Candidates.
Remuneration: ₹ 9,000 in the Pay Band ₹ 6,300 - 20,200 & Grade Pay ₹ 4,400/-
Processing and Examination Fee: ₹ 300/- for General and OBC category candidates. The fees should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India through a triplicate CHALLAN. Candidate are required to download the CHALLAN from the website of the Company and take a printout of the same in A4 size paper and deposit in any branch of United Bank of India along with application fees. After depositing fees, bank will provide Transaction ID and SOL ID which are required to be written at the proper place in the Application Form by the candidates. One copy of CHALLAN will be retained by the bank and two copies of CHALLAN will be handed over to the candidate by the bank. The candidate will retain Applicant's copy of CHALLAN and WBSEDCL's copy of CHALLAN requires to be sent by the candidate along with the hard copy of credentials. Bank will charge an additional amount as Bank's Service Charge. SC / ST / PWD / applicants under Exempted Category will not be required to pay any fees. Application Fees will have to be deposited from 18/03/2017 to 07/04/2017 during banking hours.
Selection Process: Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and Interview
How to Apply: Eligible candidates candidates have to apply through online registration system of WBSEDCL. The last date for submission of online applications is 07/04/2017 up to Mid Night.
After applying online, the candidates are required to print the system generated Registration Slip with unique Application No. The original registration Slip with required WBSEDCL's Copy of CHALLAN and all credentials should be duly self-attested and the name of the post applied for should be super-scribed at the top of the sealed envelope and sent by ordinary post to Post Bag No. 01 Sech Bhawan Post Office Kolkata-700091 so as to reach latest by 17/04/2017.

Final year candidates are also eligible to apply.
Application Fee: The Examination Fee of ₹ 400/- for all above posts. The Application fees should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India through a triplicate CHALLAN (Prescribed). The fee will have to be deposited on or before 24th March 2017.
Selection Process: Only GATE-2017 score is valid for this recruitment exercise in WBSEDCL. Score from GATE-2016 or from any previous GATE examination is not valid. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017 score of the candidates in the concerned disciplines. Shortlisted candidates (based on GATE 2017 Score) will be called for Personal Interview.
