Educational Qualification:
Junior Engineer (Civil) ->
(1) B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline field from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 01 year post qualification experience in relevant field. (OR)
(2) 03 Years Diploma in Engineering from Govt. recognized polytechnic in Civil Discipline or relevant branch with minimum 05 years post qualification experience in relevant field.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) ->
(1) B.E./B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Electrical Discipline from a recognized University/Institute in relevant field with minimum one year post qualification experience in relevant field. (OR)
(2) 03 Year Diploma in Engineering from Govt. recognized polytechnic in relevant branch with minimum five years post qualification experience in relevant field.
(3) Desirable - Experience in the area of operation and maintenance of power distribution stations and substations for regular repair and maintenance of power supply and overload maintenance.

Essential Qualifications:
Junior Superintendent ->
(1) Master's Degree with 5 years of post qualification relevant experience or Bachelors Degree with 7 years relevant experience in government Departments/ Government Autonomous organizations (including educational institutions)/ PSUs.
(2) Knowledge of Office procedures, rules, computer office application and Secretarial practices.
Junior Assistant ->
(1) Bachelor's degree with knowledge of computer office applications.
Senior Stenographer ->
(1) Bachelor's Degree with 8 years relevant experience as Stenographer or in equivalent level. Knowledge of computer office applications and secretarial practices.
(2) Minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and computer typing skill of 40 wpm (or equivalent KDPH) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Stenographer ->
(1) Bachelor's Degree with knowledge of computer office applications and secretarial practices and 2 years relevant experience.
(2) Minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and computer typing skill of 40 wpm corresponds to equivalent KDPH with an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Junior Library Superintendent ->
(1) Graduate plus Bachelor of Library Science or Master of Library Science or equivalent Diploma in Library Science with 6 years relevant library experience.
Junior Library Assistant ->
(1) Bachelor's Degree in Library & Info. Science OR Diploma in Lib & Inf. Sc with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline OR two years degree in M. Lib & Inf. Sc. (Integrated).
