Qualification and Experience:
General Manager (Finance & Accounts) -> CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance). Experience - Minimum 10 years experience in large private/public company, out of which 2 years should be at a senior level.
General Manager (Marketing) -> Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Food Processing/ Engineering preferably with Additional Qualification in Marketing Management. Experience - Minimum 10 years experience in large private/public company, out of which 2 years should be at a senior level.
Manager (HR/Admin & Vigilance) -> Degree of a recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates those whose possess P.G Diploma/Degree in Management. Experience - Atleast 5 years experience in administrative and establishment matter in any Govt. Deptt or Public Sector Undertaking in a supervisory post.
Manager (Marketing) -> Degree of a recognized university. Preferable - Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Agri-Business/ Agricultural Economics. Experience - Atleast 5 years experience in a Govt. Deptt./ Pubic Sector Undertaking/ Commercial organization dealing in marketing of agricultural horticultural commodities.
Manager (Finance & Accounts) -> Chartered Accountant (CA) with Atleast 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity. (OR) Graduate belonging to Subordinate Accounts Service with Atleast 10 years experience of which atleast 5 years in a supervisory post.
