Age Limit:

Assistant Registrar: Maximum 40 years
Executive Engineer (Civil): Maximum 50 years
Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts): Maximum 50 years
Office Assistant (Multi Skill): Maximum 38 years

Monthly Salary / Pay Scale:

Assistant Registrar: Pay Level 10
Executive Engineer (Civil): Pay Level 11
Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts): Pay Level 12
Office Assistant (Multi Skill): Pay Level 05

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, or five years of experience in Pay Level-7 or above, or seven years of experience at Pay Level– 6 or above in handling administrative, finance, academic, legal, statutory, audit, stores & purchase, or establishment matters in government-funded educational institutes or comparable institutions of higher education.

Executive Engineer (Civil): First-class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Requires 10 years of experience as Assistant Engineer in Pay Level -7 or above, or 5 years of experience as Assistant Executive Engineer in Pay Level-10 in government institutions/departments dealing with construction projects.

Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts): Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade, along with 5 years’ experience as Assistant Registrar in Finance & Accounts area in government organizations.

Office Assistant (Multi Skill): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks in any discipline, proficiency in computer applications, and 5 years of relevant experience in office management or hospitality, preferably in government or similar organizations.

₹ 1000/- for General / OBC category candidates.
The fee is exempted for the SC/ST, PwD, Women and Ex-Service Men candidates.

Step 2: Complete all sections of the online application form and submit it electronically. The process comprises six stages, allowing you to save progress before final submission for editing/review. No changes can be made after final submission.

Step 3: Upon form submission, the payment gateway will open for fee payment. The last date for registration of online applications is 10/06/2024.

Step 4: Print the completed application form and send it, along with self-attested copies of relevant certificates (educational qualifications, date of birth, experience, and category as stated in the application), via Registered/Speed Post.
