Educational Qualifications:

Staff Nurse -> 03 Years 06 Months Certified diploma in General Nursing or BSc Nursing by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State/ GoI. Registration from State Nursing Council.

ANM -> 2 Years Certified diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State/GoI. Registration from State Nursing Council.

Certified diploma in Laboratory Services by any recognized institute approved by State/GoI, Registration from State Laboratory Technician Council. (OR) 10 + 2, Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). Experience - Working experience in a large hospital with minimum two year’s experience Basic knowledge of computer like Word Processing and Data processing.

Lab Attendant -> Class 10th (Matric) pass, work as a laboratory attendant in pathological lab/ blood bank will be preferred.

PRO -> Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social work/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Business Administration/ Public Health or equivalent from university/ institute recognized by Central or State Government. 3 years work experience in Public Health program. Preference will be given to those who worked in Voluntary Blood Donation with blood bank. Good communication skill and basic computer knowledge including data entry and data management.

Qualification and Experience:

Legal Expert/ Consultant ->

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Law.
(2) Experience - Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in handling cases pertaining to Health Sector.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Good knowledge of Government Legislations and policies are essential; Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

RKSK Coordinators ->

(1) PG degree preferably MBA (OR) M.B.B.S. with PG Degree in Community Health.
(2) Experience: Essential - Candidate must possess minimum 05 years of experience in public health management. Desirable - Preferably with experience in adolescent health.
(3) Skills and Attitude: Good communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Computer with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Information Technology. Experience in related documentation.

DEIC Manager ->

(1) Master Degree in Disability Rehabilitation Administration (MDRA) approved by Rehabilitation Council of India with basic qualification in Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Bachelor in Prosthetic & Orthotics or B.Sc. Nursing. (OR) MBA / PG Degree/ Diploma in Hospital /Health Management from a recognized/ reputed institution.
(2) Experience - 02 years’ experience in hospital/health programme. PG Degree holders having experience in relevant field would be preferred.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Computer proficiency in MS office.

Data Analyst ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline.
(2) Must have a Degree and/ or One Year of Diploma in the field of Computer/ IT.
(3) Experience - A minimum experience of 03 years in relevant area having thorough knowledge of latest software /tools, RDBMS etc.
(4) Skills and Attitude - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminatesignificant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Regional Coordinator ->

(1) Postgraduate qualification in discipline of Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Public Administration/ Public Health/ Community Medicine/ Preventive & Social Medicine.
(2) Experience -  At least 03 years of experience in management and coordination of community health programmes (OR) Community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum of two years’ experience in health sector.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Programme Coordinator ->

(1) MBA /MPH/ Master Degree in social science from a recognized university/institution; (and)
(2) Must have one year’s diploma in computer application.
(3) Experience - Minimum 05 years of experience in health sector.
(4) Skills and Attitude - Knowledge of Hindi and English Typing is a must.

Legal Expert ->

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Law.
(2) Experience - Minimum 07 Years Expeirence in handling cases pertaining to Health Sector.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Good knowledge of Government Legislations and policies are essential; Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

Consultant Quality Assurance / Consultant Public Health ->

(1) Masters Degree in Hospital Administration/ Health Management from a recognized university along with a graduation degree in MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/Nursing.
(2) Experience: Essential - A minimum 05 years of experience in Public Health or Hospital Administration out of which at least three years work in the field of quality. Desirable - Preference will be given to candidates having training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ ISO 9001:2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Knowledge of Public Health System and Hospital Administration; Knowledge of recognized quality systems will be an asset; Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral; Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them; Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Data Operator cum Program Assistant (Sate / Division) ->

(1) Any Degree.
(2) Fluency in MS office package with two year experience of managing office and providing support to health program/NHM.
(3) Applicant must have minimum 02 years of experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programmes.
(4) Desirable - Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage. Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.

Data Operator cum Program Assistant (Distrcts) ->

(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline.
(2) Fluency in MS office package with 02 years experience of managing office and providing support to health program/NHM.

Quality Manager Hospital (District) ->

(1) Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management from a recognized university along with a graduation degree in MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science.
(2) Applicants must possess a minimum 01 year of experience in Public Health or Hospital Administration;
(3) Desirable - Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality system.
(4) Skills and Attitude - Knowledge of Government Legislations and policies are essential; Sound knowledge on the Concepts of Quality to the hospitals (NABH); Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral;  Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them; Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Divisional Urban Health Consultant  ->

(1) PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health, Community health, Preventive and Social Medicine/  PG in Social Work / Social Science from a recognized University.
(2) Desirable - Applicants possessing M.B.B.S. is desirable.
(3) Experience - At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in health Sector.
(4) Skills and Attitude - Knowledge of Development/ Public Health/ Health Programme; Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them; Proficiency in computer MS-office.

Urban Health Coordinators ->

(1) MBA/ Post Graduate degree in Social Work from Reputed Intuitional /University like TISS,JNU,IIPS,IIHMR etc (OR) MBBS recognized from MCI with one year Diploma in Public Health.
(2) Experience - Applicant must possess minimum 05 years of experience in management of community health programme with NGOs or Government (OR) Five years of similar experience in other community level development program with NGOs or Government with at least one year experience in health programme.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Proficiency in computer MS-office.

Data cum Account Assistant ->

(1) Applicant must possess B.Com./ ICWA (Inter).
(2) Experience - Applicant must possess a minimum of 02 years of experience in finance management.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Excellent working knowledge of MS office; Knowledge of Development/ Public Health/ Health Programme; Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

Data Manager at District HQs ->

(1) PG in Computer Sciences/ BE in IT/ Electronics from a recognized University/ Institution.
(2) Applicant should have minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
(3) Desirable - Preference will be given to those who have worked in health or social sector.

District Program Manager / District Community Process Manager ->

(1) MBA/PG Degree in Social Work from reputed Institute or University;
(OR) M.B.B.S recognized from MCI with Diploma in Public Health.
(2) Experience - Minimum five years of experience in program management and implementation in social and public health sector;
(3) Desirable - Computer Proficiency in MS Office and skills in both English and Hindi typing shall be preferred.
(4) Skills and Attitude - Knowledge of Development/ Public Health/ Health Programme; Effective communication and Liaison skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

District Data-Cum Account Assistant ->

(1) B.Com./ ICWA (Inter)
(2) Experience - Minimum 02 years of relevant experience with knowledge of computers.
(3) Skills and Attitude: Excellent working knowledge of MS office and MIS systems; Knowledge of Development/ Public Health/ Health Programme; Effective communication and Liaison skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

District Accounts Manager ->

(1) MBA Degree/ Diploma with specialization in Financial Management from a recognized University or C.A. (Inter) or I.C.W.A. (Inter)
(2) Expeirence - Minimum 03 years of experience in the area of accounting; Applicants with experience in computer-based accounting shall be preferred.
(3) Skills and Attitude - Excellent working knowledge of MS office and accounting package Tally; Strong understanding of financial management and accounting; Knowledge of Development/ Public Health/ Health Programme; Effective communication and Liaison skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
