Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Library and Information Officer -> Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or institute. Experience - Two years professional experience in a library under Central Government or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognised Research or Educational institute.

Civilian Medical Officers -> A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of the educational qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should fulfil the condition stipulated in Sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Completion of Compulsory rotating internship.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Cancer Surgery) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality i.e. Magister Chirurguie (Surgical Oncology); or Master of Surgery or Master of Surgery (Ear, Nose, Throat); or Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics); or Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) with two years special training in Surgical Oncology. At least three years' teaching experience.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professors (Urology) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Experience - At least three years' Teaching experience.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professors (Endocrinology) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A in the Schedule-VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neurology). Experience - Three years' experience in the concerned speciality or super specialitiy after obtaining the first Post-graduate Degree.

Specialist Grade-III (Cardiology) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or second Schedule or part II of the Third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A in the Schedule-VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Cardiology). Experience - Three years' experience in the concerned speciality or super specialitiy after obtaining the first Post-graduate Degree.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality i.e. Magister Chirurguie (Plastic Surgery); or Magister of Chirurguie (Plastic and Constructive Surgery). Expereince - At least three years' teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professors (Psychiatry) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry); or Doctor of Medicine (Psychological Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine in Medicine, with Diploma in Psychological Medicine; or Diploma in Psychiatry (Edin) of two years course, Diploma in Psychiatry (Mc. Gill) University, Montreal, Canada of two years' course. Experience - At least three years' Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professors (Paediatric Cardiology) -> A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Paediatric Cardiology); or Doctorate of Medicine (Cardiology)/ Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Cardiology. Experience - At least three years' Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

Assistant Employment Officer -> Master's degree in Commerce or Social Welfare or Social Work or Economics or Statistics or Psychology or Education of a recognized university or Equivalent. Two years experience of Socio Economic Investigation or Research preferably in relation to demography, Employment and unemployment or manpower problems. Knowledge of employment Service Work.

Chemist -> Master's degree in Chemistry from a recognised University or institution. Experience - Three years experience in chemical analysis of ores and minerals from a laboratory recognized as a Research Laboratory by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)/Department of Science and Technology (DST) or any other such government organization carrying out chemical analysis of ores and mineral.

Economic Officers -> Post-Graduate Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from recognized University or Institute; OR Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics with one paper in Economics from a recognized University or Institute; OR Post Graduate Degree in Statistics with one paper in Economics, from a recognized University or Institute; OR Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce with one paper in Economics, from a recognized University or Institute. Experience - Two years experience in collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of statistical data relating to Transport Sector, in the Government organization.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹ 25/- only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/ master credit/ debit card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates of any community.

Selection Procedure: The category-wise minimum level of suitability in interviews, irrespective of whether the selection is made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by interview, will be UR-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/PH-40 marks, out of the total marks of interview being 100.
