Qualification and Experience:
Deputy Manager (HR):
(1) Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 65% marks from reputed Institution.
(2) Minimum 07 years experience in HR Department in an organization of repute.
Deputy Manager (Finance):
(1) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
(2) Minimum 07 years post qualification experience in Finance Department in State / Central Government / Department(s) / Organization(s) / Undertaking(s) and / or Large Private Sector Organization(s) / Institution(s) / Company(ies) of repute, as an employee of that Organization.
Officer – BIS:
(1) Bachelor Degree (B.E.) in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 65% marks.
(2) Minimum 02 years Post Qualification Executive Experience (Incl. experience as GET/ET/MT) in BIS functions in State / Central Government Departments / Organizations / Undertakings and /or Large Private Sector Organizations / Company(ies) of repute, as an employee of that Organization

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Executive as Company Secretary (CS) -> Should hold Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additional qualification of an associate membership of ICWA/ CA/ Bachelor Degree in Law will be preferred. Minimum 3 years post qualification executive in line experience as Company Secretary in large organization of repute. Preference would be given to candidates having in line experience in City Gas Distribution Company or in Hydrocarbon Industry.
