Eligibility:
| (1) The eligible person should be a retired or serving officer not below the rank of Dy. General Manager or equivalent of a Bank/ Financial sector/ Regulatory Body other than United Bank of India. |
| (2) The eligible person should have skills and experience of minimum seven years of working in areas such as banking, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems and /or consumer protection. |
| (3) The appointment of the Internal Ombudsman is of contractual nature.Tenure of the Internal Ombudsman shall be fixed terms of three years. The Internal Ombudsman shall not be eligible for reappointment or for extension. |
Selection Process: Personal Interaction / Interview.
Application Fee: A non refundable of ₹ 1000/- payable by way of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "United Bank of India-Recruitment of internal Ombudsman" payable at Kolkata.
