Eligibility: Officers under the Central Government:-

Superintendent -> (A) (1) Holding analogous posts, or (2) With 08 years' regular service in Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300 - 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200. (B) Possessing experience in Administration, Establishment and Accounts Matters.

Senior Private Secretary -> (1) Holding analogous posts, or (2) Stenographer Grade-I in the pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600 with 3 years' regular service in the grade.

Private Secretary -> (1) Holding analogous posts, or (2) Stenographer Grade-I in the pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200 with 5 years' regular service in the grade.

Enquiry Officer -> (1) Inspector of Income Tax; or (2) Assistant of the Central Secretariat Service with experience of working related to Direct Taxes; or (3) Sr. Tax Assistant in the Income Tax Department who are graduates with 3 years service as Tax Assistant with experience of Income Tax assessment work.

Technical Assistant -> (1) Sr. Tax Assistant in the Income Tax Department in the pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200, who are graduate with 3 years' regular service in the grade and having at least 2 years experience of Income Tax assessment work.

Stenographer Grade-I -> (1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or (2) Stenographer Grade-II with eight years' regular service in the grade in the pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. (9300- 34800) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-.
