✅ Age Limit:
Maximum 32 years as on 1st May 2025.
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India instructions. RVNL regular/contract/outsource employees fulfilling criteria will receive age relaxation equivalent to their service period in RVNL, provided they are still employed.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Assistant Manager (Admin & Protocol):
(1) MBA from a recognized university.
(2) Post-qualification experience in any of the following areas: a) Protocol duties. b) Office administration, HR activities, housekeeping, securities, accommodation, front desk management, and training. c) Liaising with government agencies for project-related statutory compliances (e.g., labour law, forest, land acquisition).
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR):
(1) MBA from a recognized university.
(2) Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in a Railway Infrastructure PSU (preferably listed) on regular/contract/temporary/outsource basis, with: a) Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll Processing. b) Experience in E-Office environment. c) Handling HR/Establishment matters (recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, DPC, emoluments fixation).
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Assistant Manager (Admin & Protocol): Written Test or Interaction followed by Medical Examination.
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR): Screening/Interaction followed by Medical Examination.
✔️ Conducted at RVNL Corporate Office, New Delhi.
