Qualification and Eligibility:
(a) For the Post of LDC -> Officials holding same or analogous posts in various ministries/ departments of Central Government on regular basis.
(b) For the post of Junior Accountant -> Officials holding same/ analogous posts in various ministries/departments of Central Government on regular basis, or LDCs who have rendered not less than eight years of regular service in grade, or UDCs who have rendered not less than three years of regular service in the grade.
(c) For the post of Senior Accountant -> Officials holding same/analogous posts in various ministries/ departments of Central Government on regular basis, or JAs/Auditors who have rendered not less than three years of regular service in the grade.
Eligible Officials apply in the prescribed format.
