Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; Two years' experience in establishment or administration or personnel management or cash & accounts or collection & analysis of information or data or computer application.
Eligibility: Officers under the Central Government/State Government:-
(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(b) With three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of ₹ 5,000-150-8,000/- (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
(c) With 6 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of ₹ 4500-7000/- (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or
(d) With 10 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of ₹ 4,000-100-6,000/- (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
