Essential Qualification and Experience:
Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration) -> Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two years Full time Master's Degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. L.L.B Degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 22 Years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Chief General Manager (Marketing) -> Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing/International Business from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. Minimum 22 Years of relevant post-qualification experience.
General Manager (Finance) -> Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. Minimum 15 Years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager (Finance) -> Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. Minimum 10 Years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Chief Manager (Finance) -> Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. Minimum 08 Years Relevant Post Qualification Experience.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
Finance -> Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. Minimum 1 year of relevant post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks or Private sector.
Marketing -> Full time MBA degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in International Business, of two years duration from a recognized Indian Institute/ University with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Minimum 1 year of relevant post qualification experience in Marketing/International Trading in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks or Private sector.
Personnel & Administration -> Two year Full time Master's degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two year Full time Master's degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. L.L.B Degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 1 year (as on 01.04.2016) of relevant post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Training & Development, in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks or Private sector.
Law -> Bachelor's Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years . L.L.M Degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 1 year (as on 01.04.2016) of relevant post qualification experience is required in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks/MNCs or Private Corporate organization / legal Firm.
