Scale of Pay:
Scientific Assistant-'B' -> PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4,200/-
Technician-'B' ->PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2,000/-
Age Limit: 32 Years for Scientific Assistant-'B' and 27 Years for Technician-'B'. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules. (as on 20/05/2015)
Educational Qualifications:
Scientific Assistant-'B' - For Crisis Management Committee & Registrar's Office -> B.Sc. with minimum 60% marks or B.Sc. (Hons.) with minimum 55% marks
Scientific Assistant-'B' - For BM (Electrical Section) -> Diploma / Licentiate in Eng. ( 3 yrs. After secondary) with 6 years post qualification.
Technician-'B' -> ITI in relevant Trade from a recognized institution with minimum 60% marks in secondary or equivalent grade with 1 years' post qualification working experience.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- only should be submitted in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics payable at Kolkata. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Female candidates.
