✅ FSNL Recruitment 2023 Salary:
The FSNL Executive pay scale for different positions is as follows:-
Executive: E-0, ₹ 30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000/-
Junior Manager: E-1, ₹ 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000/-
Assistant Manager: E-2, ₹ 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000/-
✅ FSNL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Educational Qualifications: The minimum educational qualifications for FSNL Executive Vacancy 2023-24 are as follows:-
Operations: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering. Diploma holders in the above disciplines can also apply.
Maintenance: Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Diploma holders in the above disciplines can also apply.
Materials Management: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or International Trade.
Finance & Accounts: For Entry level of E-0/E-1 - CA/ ICMA/ MBA(Finance). For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICMA or MBA with Finance.
Personnel & Administration: Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management OR Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
✔️ Experience: The minimum educational qualifications for FSNL Executive Vacancy 2023-24 are as follows:-
Executive: Post qualification experience of 1 year & above.
Junior Manager: Post qualification experience of 1 year & above.
Assistant Manager: Post qualification experience of 1 year & above.
✔️ Age Limit: Age Limit for FSNL Executive Posts 2023:-
Executive: Below 28 years
Junior Manager: Below 30 years
Assistant Manager: Below 34 years
