Eligibility: Officers under Central Government / State Government/ Union Territories/ Statutory/Autonomous bodies/ Semi-Government organizations/ Universities/ recognized research institutions.
(a) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
(b) with 05(Five) years of service in the scale of pay of Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade pay of Rs.7600 in pay-band-III or equivalent rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
