Qualification & Experience:
Senior Manager (ERP) -> A Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in engineering in any discipline (BE / B Tech) from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters; (OR) A Full time regular Master's Degree (M Tech) from a recognised University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters; (OR) A Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters with MBA of 60% marks / ICWA / CA.
Deputy Manager (ERP) -> A Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters and MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% of marks; (OR) A Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters with ICWA / CA.
Assistant Manager (ERP) -> B E / B Tech (Full time regular course) in IT or CSE from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters.
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- must be deposited in "RINL-RECRUITMENT Account No.30589461220" at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan. Candidates have to pay maximum bank commission @ ₹ 25/- per Challan for depositing fees at other than SBI, Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam, Branch Code 6318.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
(1) Full time regular Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate and having Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
(2) Preference will be given to the candidates having additional qualifications like ACA / AICWA or both.
(3) Fellowship of ICSI will also be preferred.
(4) Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 25 years for E-8; and 20 years for E-7 grade.
Selection Process: INTERVIEW. The Interview will be held at Visakhapatnam.
