Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Manager / Engineer ->
(1) BE/ B.Tech in respective Discipline.
(2) Discipline - Industrial Safety (Mechanical / Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Industrial Safety), ERP (IT/ Electronics & TeleComm./ Computer Sc), Materials Management (Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Materials Mgt.)
(3) Experience - 05 Years for Assistant Manager, 02 Years for Engineer.
For Sr.M (F&A) / AM (F&A)/ Executive (F&A) ->
(1) CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).
(2) Experience - 15 Years.
For Executive (Security) ->
(1) Graduate Degree.
(2) Experience - 02 Years.
For Executive (Legal)->
(1) Degree in Law (LL.B).
(2) Experience - 02 Years.
For Executive (Personnel) ->
(1) Two years full time Post graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Personnel Management / HRM/ HRD /Industrial Relations / MSW / Social Welfare & Labour Welfare (with HRM/ Personnel Mgt. as main subject) from a recognized University/ Institute of repute.
(2) Experience - 02 Years.
